Our solution was to provide a new information architecture for information to be self- serving. We kept the tone and voice of the agency which was a solid brand where he's operating. We designed the website to establish trust and empathy, and allow the user to find the information he needs to submit a request for a quote. We had results within the first week of the redesigned website.
